HOW TO COOK CURRY FISH HEAD WITH INSTANT CURRY FISH PASTE?

INGREDIENTS:

Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Lemon Grass.


PREPARATION:

1. 1kg Fish, Cuttlefish, Prawn, or other types of seafood.

2. 1 Coconut Milk or evaporated filled milk.


COOKING METHOD:

1. Firstly, fry Masfood Instant Curry Fish Head Paste until fragrant. Add in 400ml and stir to cook till boiling.

2. Add in fish or other seafood and stir thoroughly until it boils.

3. Finally, add appropriate coconut milk. After boiled, can be served. (Thick no need to add coconut milk).
