HOW TO COOK VEGETARIAN CURRY?
INGREDIENTS:
Lemongrass, Chili, Spice, Ginger, Sugar, Galangai, Salt, Palm Oil.
PREPARATION:
Vegetable, potato 500gm, water 400ml (2 cups), thick coconut milk 200gm and a packet of Masfood Vegetarian Curry Paste.
COOKING METHOD:
Mix the curry paste together with vegetable and potato in a pot and cook until aromatic. Add in water. Bring to boil and add in coconut milk. Slimmer over low heat until vegetable is tender. (Approx:20 minutes).
